RWR returns full time with the #1 for the 2013 Camping World Truck Series. “I am excited to be back in the truck series. With the new lower age limit of 17 for many events it is opening doors to work with a new crop of up and coming drivers.” RWR will be racing through out the season with drivers from Cup, Nationwide as well as young phenoms and rookies. RWR is excited to have Accell Construction Branding on board the #1 truck as well as both Nationwide cars at Daytona. Accell Construction is one of the premier crude oil storage facility manufacturers in the industry. To have them as a partner is an honor. RWR’s last truck race at Daytona was 2011 which earned a 7th place finish and last Nationwide race was 2012, which earned a 9th place in February and 7th place in July.

NASCAR TO HELP LOCAL FOOD BANK

Local Food Bank Highlighted at Phoenix International Raceway November 10TH 2012

Harvest Compassion Center (HCC), a local food and clothing bank located in North Phoenix, will have its logo and name on the #41 car driven by Noel Dowler, top ten driver in NASCAR Canadian Tire Series, this weekend for the Great Clips 200 NASCAR Nationwide Series Race (200 laps, 200 miles) race this Saturday, November 10th, 2012 at 2pm. This will be Dowler’s NASCAR Nationwide Series debut run. The HCC has teamed up with Rick Ware Racing to promote this local food bank which allows guests to come into their center and shop for food, hygiene, baby and clothing items once every thirty days. There are no prequalification’s to be a guest at the HCC. The HCC strives to be different than your run-of-the -mill food pantry because it allows all guests to pick out their desired food and clothing items. The center is set up like a mini-mart with grocery carts, and guests may fill up one recyclable grocery bag per visit. Clothing is handed out based on total number in household. The HCC is run by the non-profit public charity Mitchell Swaback Charities and is 100% run on donations from the community. It is also a volunteer run operation. The HCC serves on average 65- 75 families a week and has been open since June 2010.

The HCC is open three days a week: Monday and Wednesdays 9am to 11:30 and Saturday 2- 4:30pm, the HCC asks all guests be in line 15 minutes prior to closing and bring two forms of identification. The HCC is located at: 4848 E. Cactus Road Ste. 640 Phoenix, AZ 85254 Phone: 602-788-1620 Ext. 110
